Yes. Budget in EUR/month is a hard filter — cities with a solo-nomad estimate above your ceiling are excluded, not just deprioritized. Passport code drives a per-destination visa lookup (visa-free, visa-on-arrival, e-visa, consular) and marks cities you'd struggle to legally stay in.
